Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Dealer Sales Strategies
- Dealer Performance Management
- Support Dealers with Sales and Marketing Efforts
- Product Training for Dealers
- Dealer Network Expansion
- Weekly Sales Planning and Reporting
- Support Dealer Sales Processes
- Monitor Market and Competitor Activity
- Dealer Relationship Management
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
- Attend to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours and follow-up on quotations within 48 hours
- Load leads, quotes and clients onto Reddot and update opportunities on Reddot
- Tenders
- Attend Industry Events and Dealer Meetings
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement.
- A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.
- Any medical and marketing qualifications would be a definite advantage.
Experience Required
- Medical experience is a preference and previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the target group of customers will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy and proficiency on MS Office, specifically Excel (level 2 at least) and MS Word is a requirement for this position.
- Clinical and product knowledge will be a definite advantage.
- Existing relationships with customer base will be a definite advantage.
